At a price of 3.20 euros per share, total revenue is estimated of 303.3 million euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caixa-Banco de Investimento, Esp\u00edrito Santo Investment Bank and Millennium Investment Banking acted as Joint Bookrunners for the Offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the offering, Jos\u00e9 de Mello Energia agreed to accept with the Joint Bookrunners a lock-up commitment for the period of 90 days (counting from the settlement date of the Offering) regarding the sale of additional shares of EDP held by them on this date, subject to the usual exceptions on this type of transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jos\u00e9 de Mello Group remains confident that EDP will perform well in the future, and thus continues to hold a qualifying holding, now consisting of 73,249,881 shares, which corresponds to 2% of share capital and voting rights.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":30,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"slim_seo":{"title":"Jos\u00e9 de Mello Energia sells its 2.592% holding of EDP - Grupo Jos\u00e9 de Mello","description":"Jos\u00e9 de Mello Energia has completed the sale of 94,787,697 shares representing about 2.592% of the share capital of EDP \u2013 Energias de Portugal.
