{"id":32037,"date":"2021-01-11T18:08:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T18:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.josedemello.pt\/?post_type=comunicado-imprensa&#038;p=32037"},"modified":"2023-02-14T18:09:01","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T18:09:01","slug":"change-in-the-executive-chairmanship-of-the-jose-de-mello-group","status":"publish","type":"comunicado-imprensa","link":"https:\/\/josedemello.pt\/en\/press-release\/change-in-the-executive-chairmanship-of-the-jose-de-mello-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Change in the executive chairmanship of the Jos\u00e9 de Mello Group"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the context of a new cycle of business development, sustained by a solid financial situation, the Jos\u00e9 de Mello family Shareholders\u2019 Board has decided to appoint Salvador de Mello as executive chairman of Jos\u00e9 de Mello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vasco de Mello will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jos\u00e9 de Mello, now in non-executive functions, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brisa and as Chairman of the Board of the Am\u00e9lia de Mello Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedro de Mello will remain vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Jos\u00e9 de Mello, now in non-executive functions, which he accumulates with the chairmanship of Sociedade Agr\u00edcola D. Diniz (Monte da Ravasqueira).
